Decorative cornice fitting in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow

We have been asked to extend the original cornice in an impressive villa in Bishopbriggs. Our client had added an en-suite to their bedroom and wanted the cornice to continue onto the false wall. We first took a sample of the cornice which let us create a mould to work with. After we made up the lengths needed, we fitted the decorations to the false wall and blended them with the existing cornice, creating smooth joins and sharp corners in the process.
